The scope of responsibility of business travel does not just concern the procurement department. Stakeholders from many departments are involved: Finance, IT, Human Resources, Safety, Communication – and the business traveler.
The travel buyer therefore finds him or herself in the center of a higher and wider ecosystem, whilst playing the role of a conductor. On a daily basis he or she must manage this stakeholder network in order to roll out an optimal procurement strategy.
To support them in this strategic objective, HRS has developed a unique exchange platform to discuss the subject of business travel. We are looking forward to meeting you at one of the upcoming CLF events.
